What Is The Legacy Ball?
The Legacy Ball is a 5-month program open to all RISING and CURRENT high school students (grades 9-12) in Central Virginia. Students participate in etiquette sessions, preparatory workshops, and community service — and are celebrated at a culminating formal ball.

Is this only for church members? -No, this program is open to the community

Is there a cost to participate? - Addressed at the Interest Meeting

What grades are eligible? - ALL rising and current high school students, grades 9–12

Can I apply without attending an Interest Meeting? - Attending a virtual interest meeting is strongly encouraged before submitting an application. These free sessions give families a full picture of what the program involves — including time commitment, expectations, attire, and the fundraising component. Applications from families who have not attended will be considered, but priority may be given to those who have.
