Dr. Rodney M. Williams, ThD is a respected pastor, seasoned leader, and devoted servant of the Gospel whose ministry is rooted in obedience, wisdom, and integrity. Raised in Charleston, South Carolina, his faith journey began early and was nurtured through a lifelong commitment to Christ and His Word. While serving on a European military assignment in Stuttgart, Germany, Dr. Williams received his call into ministry, a defining moment that shaped his purpose and leadership approach for decades to come.

A retired U.S. Army Major and accomplished theologian, Dr. Williams brings discipline, clarity, and spiritual depth to pastoral leadership. Ordained and later elevated under trusted spiritual covering, he holds both a master’s degree and a doctorate in theology. His ministry is marked by strong biblical teaching, thoughtful leadership development, and a heart for guiding believers through spiritual growth and maturity. As Senior Pastor, Dr. Williams leads with vision and humility, committed to building a Christ centered church that honors God and serves its community with excellence.
Leading Lady of Grace Alive Ministries
Lady Sharon M. Williams is a woman of faith, purpose, and compassion whose life reflects a deep love for God and for people. Born in Harlem, New York and raised in South Carolina, her spiritual foundation was shaped early and strengthened through her commitment to Christ. Following her graduation from South Carolina State College, she was baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and later received the Holy Spirit, marking significant milestones in her walk of faith.

An accomplished entrepreneur and community leader, Lady Sharon has successfully launched and operated multiple businesses throughout her adult life. She is the founder of Lady Sharon’s Soul Food Kitchen, a well loved food truck serving the Central Virginia area, and is also a trusted caterer known for excellence and heart. Beyond business, Lady Sharon is recognized for her genuine ability to connect with people from all walks of life, meeting them with grace, understanding, and encouragement. As Leading Lady, she serves alongside her husband with humility and strength, deeply devoted to her family, her church community, and her calling to love God and serve others.
